What the module does
What exactly it does.
- AI extracts equipment from technical reports, drawings, diagrams and tables, including parameters and room locations.
- It also captures existing equipment and correctly distinguishes removal, replacement and retrofit.
- It classifies equipment according to the international classification of building services equipment.
- It assigns to each device the documents directly related to it: technical report, diagram, floor plan, certificate, manual or maintenance instructions. It separates them from documents in which the device is merely mentioned.
- It finds and records technology dependencies: which panel feeds the device, where its medium comes from and which system controls it.
- It prepares a document analysis: what is missing and where sources contradict each other. Findings are resolved step by step with the help of the AI agent.

Can it handle scanned drawings?+
Yes, via OCR and vision analysis. Scans have a separate rate because they are more computationally demanding.
What about an existing building without digital documentation?+
We work with what there is: scans, photos of nameplates, inspection reports. The register is completed over time.
Where can the register be exported?+
To XLSX and to other systems by arrangement.
