Capitanier/Platform/WFM – Maintenance Management
Module 05

Maintenance planned for the whole year, including time and money.

The module plans maintenance, manages the work of technicians and suppliers and keeps a complete record of service jobs. It monitors statutory inspections of regulated equipment and, from protocols and contracts, records by itself what was done, when and for how much.

What you get

A result, not a list of features.

01

Nothing gets forgotten

Statutory inspections and service intervals are monitored; the next date is scheduled automatically when the work is done.

02

You see a year ahead

The time and financial load of maintenance for the whole year, a basis for the budget.

03

Suppliers under control

Brief, checklist, photo, price. Every job documented at the device.

What the module does

What exactly it does.

  • A catalogue of maintenance tasks on three levels: statutory minimum (safety), standard (normal) and extended care (profi). Plans are assigned to equipment automatically.
  • Intervals by time, running hours or the actual load of the equipment. On completion, the next date is scheduled.
  • Records of regulated technical equipment (VTZ) and monitoring of statutory inspection dates.
  • Dispatching receives requests and fault reports. The technician has digital checklists with a measurement, photo and comment at every item.
  • AI reads inspection and service protocols as well as supplier contracts and records the work done, dates and prices.
  • Calendar, route planning for site visits and reports with export to Excel.
How it is introduced

Four steps, no surprises.

Asset register

From De-Cluttering or by import. Without a register there is nothing to maintain.

Maintenance plans

Choice of level (safety, normal, profi), automatic assignment of tasks and intervals.

Operation

Dispatching, checklists, suppliers, protocols. Costs flow into Budget Butler.

Reports

Plan fulfilment, inspections, costs by equipment and supplier.

Frequently asked questions

The most frequent questions.

Does WFM replace our CAFM/CMMS?+
It can, but it does not have to. It can be deployed on its own. The difference is the register with dependencies and AI reading of protocols.
How do old protocols get into the system?+
You upload them; AI reads out the work, dates and prices and assigns them to the equipment.
Do technicians have a mobile app?+
Checklists and reports work in the browser on a phone.
